Privacy Policy
Franch Monsters — us.franchmonsters.com
Effective date: October 16, 2026
This policy explains what personal information the Franch Monsters franchise catalog for the United States at us.franchmonsters.com collects, how we use and share it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who operates this site
The site is operated by FOP Tovkach Maksym Pavlovych, sole proprietor, Kyiv, Ukraine (“we,” “us”). For any question about your information, write to info@franchmonsters.com.
2. Information you send us through forms
The request forms on this site are for franchisors who want their franchise listed in the catalog: the request form on the home, category, budget and franchise pages, and the two forms on the /sell page. When you submit one of them, the site sends us:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- the message you write, if the form has a message field;
- the franchise name, if the form asks for it;
- details the page adds automatically: the address of the page you sent the form from, the site domain and its country code, which form you used (and, on the listing application form at the bottom of the /sell page, the listing plan), and the language of the page.
The request forms do not ask for files, messenger accounts or financial information. We use what you send through them only to handle your request and to contact you about listing your franchise. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
Two other areas of the site work differently from the request forms:
- The listing application at /submit also asks for messenger accounts, the franchise’s financial figures and image files (logos and photos). It is not stored in the site’s database: your browser sends it to an external forwarding service on Cloudflare’s platform for delivery to the operator.
- The franchisor account at /cabinet stores your email address, a hash of your password and the listing details you enter, including contact details, messenger accounts, the franchise’s financial figures and photos, in the site’s database and file storage on Cloudflare. When you submit a listing there, the operator receives your contact details. To limit repeated attempts, the site records the email address or IP address used to register, sign in or reset a password. Signing in sets a cookie (see section 4). When a listing is published, its descriptive text, without the contact fields, may be sent to an external AI service to check and translate it.
3. Information collected automatically
When you open a page, your browser sends our hosting provider, Cloudflare, your IP address and standard technical details of the request, such as the page address, the browser type and the time of the request. Cloudflare processes this information to deliver the site and to protect it from attacks and abuse. The request form submissions we receive do not include your IP address.
The site also loads Cloudflare’s web analytics script (beacon.min.js from static.cloudflareinsights.com), which reports page visits and page performance to Cloudflare so that we can see statistics about how the site is used. Cloudflare states that its web analytics does not use cookies or localStorage, does not fingerprint individuals by their IP address or browser details, and does not collect or use visitors’ personal data.
Each franchise page shows how many times it has been viewed. We store only a running total for each page; it is not linked to you.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The catalog pages and the request forms do not set cookies, and the site does not store anything in your browser’s local storage or session storage. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
The franchisor account at /cabinet sets a sign-in cookie, fm_session, when you register or sign in there. It keeps you signed in for up to 30 days.
5. Who receives your information
We share information from the request forms only with the service providers that run the site and deliver form submissions to us:
- Cloudflare — hosting and protection of the site, and the web analytics described in section 3. Form submissions also pass through a separate forwarding service that runs on Cloudflare’s platform.
- Telegram — delivery of form submissions to the operator’s Telegram chat.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Section 2 describes where information entered at /submit and /cabinet goes, including the external AI service used for listings from /cabinet.
6. How request form submissions are kept
Request form submissions are not stored in the site’s database. When you submit a request form, the site passes it to the forwarding service on Cloudflare, which delivers it to the operator’s Telegram chat. The submission remains in the history of that chat. We use it only to handle your request. What the franchisor account at /cabinet stores is described in section 2.
7. Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us what information we have received from you through the forms, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@franchmonsters.com from the email address you used in the form, or tell us how we can find your submission. We offer this to every visitor voluntarily.
8. Do Not Track and tracking across websites
We do not collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites, and we do not allow other parties to use this site to collect such information. We have not added advertising networks or cross-site tracking tools to this site. The only third-party script on the site is Cloudflare’s web analytics script described in section 3. Cloudflare receives request data to deliver, protect and measure this site, as described in section 3.
Because we do not track you across websites, the site does not change how it works when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
9. Children
This site is intended for adults and businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have received such information, we delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, write to info@franchmonsters.com.
10. Where your information is processed and how it is protected
The operator works from Ukraine, so the information you send us is processed outside the USA. Cloudflare and Telegram process it on their own servers, which may be located in other countries.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we receive, but no method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we make material changes, we publish the updated policy on this page and change the effective date shown at the beginning of the policy. The current version is always the one published at this address.
12. Contact
For any question about this policy or your information, write to info@franchmonsters.com.

13. California and Nevada residents
California. The disclosures required by the California Online Privacy Protection Act (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §22575) are in this policy. The categories of personal information we collect are listed in sections 2 and 3, and the categories of third parties we share it with in sections 2 and 5. The process for reviewing and requesting changes to your information is in section 7. Nevada. This policy also serves as the notice described in NRS 603A.340. We do not sell covered information as Nevada law defines a sale: the exchange of covered information for monetary consideration. Nevada residents may still send a verified request directing us not to sell their covered information to info@franchmonsters.com, which is our designated request address under NRS 603A.345. We respond to such a request within 60 days of receiving it.
