Why list your franchise with Franch Monsters

Franchises only

The catalog is made for entrepreneurs who are looking for a franchise, and it lists franchises only.

No commission on sales

You pay one annual listing fee. However many franchisees you sign, we don't take a percentage of your deals.

Listed by industry and investment

Your page sits in the catalog under its industry, and entrepreneurs can filter the catalog by category and starting investment.

Editorial review before publication

Every franchise is reviewed by our editors before it is published in the catalog.

01

Our editors review it

Our editors check that there is a real, operating business behind the franchise, not an empty shell. Not every franchise is accepted.

02

Approval, then payment

The annual listing fee is invoiced only after your franchise is approved. If it doesn't pass the review, you pay nothing.

03

Your page goes live

We build your franchise page and publish it in the catalog once payment is confirmed. Your contact details are shown on your page, so entrepreneurs can reach you directly. We take no commission and charge nothing per lead.

04

Not every franchise is accepted. You are invoiced only after a positive decision: if the franchise doesn't pass the review, you pay nothing. Once you have paid and approved the page, it goes live.

The annual listing fee is $1,399 and covers 12 months in the catalog. There is one plan only — catalog position and badges are not for sale. You are invoiced only after our editorial team has reviewed the franchise and approved it for publication; if it doesn't pass, you pay nothing. There is no commission on your deals and no charge per lead.

No. We don't take a percentage of the franchises you sell, and we don't charge per lead: the annual listing fee stays the same however many franchisees you sign. Your contact details are shown on your page, so entrepreneurs can reach you directly.

We don't promise a number. How many entrepreneurs contact you depends on things the catalog doesn't control, such as demand in your industry, the size of the investment, and how well your brand is known. What the page itself can do is set out your terms clearly: entrepreneurs see the investment, fees, and requirements before they contact you.

The same sections as every franchise page in the catalog: a short description and photos; the starting investment, royalty fee, and initial franchise fee; what the franchise includes; franchisee requirements; the key terms of the franchise agreement; and answers to common questions. On the catalog's current listings, the starting investment comes from Item 7 of the brand's Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), the royalty fee from Item 6, and the initial franchise fee from Item 5. The page also shows your phone number or email and a link to your official website.

We ask for your current FDD — at least Item 5 (Initial Fees), Item 6 (Other Fees), Item 7 (Estimated Initial Investment), and Item 20 (Outlets and Franchisee Information), plus Item 19 (Financial Performance Representations) if you make any. Along with it: a short description of the franchise and its formats, franchisee requirements, your logo, photos of real locations in the USA, and the contact details to show on your page — a phone number or email, and your official website. If something isn't ready, a manager will tell you what's missing.

Yes, the number of open locations isn't a requirement. What matters is whether you have a working business model, clear terms for a franchisee, and the resources to support franchisees after opening. We ask a young brand for the same documents as a larger one, starting with its current FDD: in most franchise sales, the FTC Franchise Rule requires a franchisor of any size to give prospective franchisees its FDD. Item 20 of the FDD shows how many franchised and company-owned outlets the brand has had over its last three fiscal years.

The catalog doesn't split listings by location. Your franchise gets one page, and every visitor sees the same page, whichever state they are in. It appears in the catalog under its industry and on the page for its starting-investment range.

Yes, for as long as the listing is active. If your terms change, the investment amount shifts, or new formats become available, message your manager and we'll update the page. Send changes as soon as they take effect — for example, when you issue a new FDD — so the page doesn't show outdated figures.
